CLZ gear coupling is a rigid-flexible coupling, and the gear coupling of Menowa is composed of internal gear ring with the same number of teeth and flange half coupling with external teeth. Because of its small radial dimension and large bearing capacity, it is often used for shafting transmission under low-speed and heavy-load working conditions. High-precision and dynamically balanced toothed couplings can be used for high-speed transmission, such as shafting transmission of gas turbines. Since the angular compensation of drum gear coupling is greater than that of straight gear coupling, drum gear coupling is widely used at home and abroad
The CLZ gear coupling designed by us has strong bearing capacity which is 15% to 20% higher than that of straight gear coupling on average under the same outer diameter of inner gear sleeve and the same maximum outer diameter of coupling.
In the process of continuous innovation and quality improvement, we have found that the angular displacement compensation is large. When the radial displacement is equal to zero, the allowable angular displacement of straight gear coupling is 1°, while that of drum gear coupling is 1°30', which is increased by 50%.
We have designed and improved the drum tooth surface to improve the conditions of contact between the inner and outer teeth, avoid the disadvantages of stress concentration caused by the extrusion of the straight tooth edge under angular displacement, improve the friction and wear conditions of the tooth surface, reduce the noise and prolong the maintenance period.
